Domain Name Registration Service is ‘Royalty’ – A far fetched proposition The recent decision of the Delhi bench of Income Tax Appellate Tribunal [2018] 92 Taxmann.com 241 (Delhi-Trib) on domain name registration service, makes interesting reading.
